               William J. Boll
               Chairman of the Board

William Boll has over 25 years of executive information technology management industry experience, including seminal work in enterprise automation, systems performance with Allstate Insurance Company, global industry leadership in the IT management area at Duquesne Systems and LEGENT Corporation, Hitachi Data Systems and EMC Corporation, world-wide executive experience with ProTech Professional Services and successful entrepreneurships. Mr. Boll is the founder of Ingenex Corporation. He received his B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from Kennedy-Western University and an A.A.S. in Computer Programming from Harper College. Mr. Boll is also a published author in the field of Business Continuity.

 

               Doug Fritsch
               Advisory Board Member

Senior Vice President, Retail & Business Development IGA USA

Doug Fritsch joined IGA USA in May of 2005 as vice president, U.S. chief growth officer, and was promoted to senior vice president, retail and business development in January of 2008. Currently Fritsch is responsible for U.S. retail operations, key distribution and manufacturer relations, marketing, communications and new member growth. During his tenure with IGA he has initiated a restructuring of the IGA marketing organization by adding a brand development function to reenergize the power of the IGA Brand and raise the level of participation among the member stores.

Fritsch began his career in the retail food industry with Jewel Food Stores moving to White Hen Panty, the supermarket chain’s convenience store franchise division. He worked his way through a graduate business degree and several managerial roles to a succession of vice president positions which culminated as senior vice president of operations. He was responsible for 275 stores with annual sales of $280 million and 3000 employees.

He achieved his master of business administration degree (MBA) in 1981 from Lake Forest School of Management, Lake Forest, Ill., and completed the Executive Education Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, Ca., in 1991.

Fritsch is active in his church, high school hockey and an avid runner.

 

               Herb Nicholson
               Advisory Board Member

Herb has 32 years of experience in Information Technology. He retired as Systems Director from Allstate Insurance Company in Northbrook, IL. with over 20 years of service. His responsibilities included the areas of computing systems automation, scheduling, data management, networking and operations. He designed and implemented a state-of-the-art technology Call Center, supporting thousands of corporate employees. Prior to Allstate, Herb was the midwest Marketing Director for a large New York based computer leasing company. He also worked 10 years for Blue Cross of Wisconsin in Milwaukee as manager of data center operations.

Herb is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, IL. with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration.

 

               Mark Russell
               Advisory Board Member

Mark has been the Chief Financial Officer of Weiler Engineering, Inc. - a privately held supplier of aseptic liquid packaging machinery based in Elgin, Illinois - since 2003. Weiler serves major pharmaceutical companies throughout the world. As CFO, Mark is responsible for all financial operations of the company including managing costs, financial reporting and banking relationships.

Before joining Weiler, Mark was the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Insurance Auto Auctions ("IAA"), a publicly traded salvage vehicle auction. IAA primarily served insurance company customers assisting in the liquidation of total loss automobile insurance claims.

Overall Mark has over 30 years of broad based financial experience encompassing virtually all areas of accounting. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Illinois.
