Len Baydack has over 30 years of sales and business development experience, specializing in engineering and information technology projects. Through the creation and operation of his independent consulting engineering practice, Mr. Baydack has overseen numerous employees in the delivery of multi-million dollar engineering projects. He has delivered these engineering and information technology solutions to such organizations as IBM, Unisys, Fujitsu, The City of New York, State of Tennessee, Province of Manitoba and a major Canadian insurance company. Mr. Baydack brings significant experience with the processes of establishing sales and distribution channels and business development strategies.

Theodore G. Ritsos

Mr. Ritsos has a long and distinguished career in the information technology industry where he served in a variety of management, relationship development, sales management, and ownership capacities for over 35 years. He began his career at Xerox Corporation, where he held sales and management positions running a $25 million dollar operation. He then moved into the sales of mainframe computers for Honeywell Information Systems selling multimillion-dollar systems to the healthcare and education market. Ted moved to Mohawk Data Sciences where he progressed from a sales position to Branch Sales Manager, Zone Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager with responsibilities of $25 Million in annual sales.
At Digital Equipment Corporation, Mr. Ritsos held various positions over a
nine-year period promoted from Senior Sales Representative to Sales Unit
Manager (OEM) to Group Sales Manager (Commercial). As a Senior Sales
Representative, Mr. Ritsos increased territory sales from $200 thousand a
year to $14 million a year over 1½ year period. Managing an OEM Sales
Unit for three years, Mr. Ritsos drove sales from $12 million a year to $
40 million a year. As Commercial Group Sales Manager, Mr. Ritsos started
with a staff of 15 and revenues of $18 million and grew the operation to
seven Sales Units and two computer stores (102 person staff) with revenues
in excess of $250 million over a five year period.
As Regional Manager at Gould Computer Systems, Mr. Ritsos grew a sales
region operation of $2.5 million to $18 million over a three-year period.
Moving to Cognos Corporation as Regional Manager, Mr. Ritsos once more
drove revenue from $3 million to $22 million over a three-year period.
During his four-year stay as Regional Manager at Thompson Software, Mr.
Ritsos yet again grew operations revenue from $1.5 million a year to over
$18 million a year. At Unisys Corporation, Mr. Ritsos sold and managed
integration projects to general commercial, state and local government
where he closed and managed numerous multi-million dollar contracts, the
largest of which was an $85 million plus outsourcing contract with the
City of Chicago. Mr. Ritsos then moved to Fujitsu Technology Solutions,
where he continued to sell multi-million dollar consulting and product
solutions to Fortune 1000 Companies. Mr. Ted Ritsos is the founder of
SELTUS Corporation, which sells and consults on computer and network
security products.
Mr. Ritsos has been intimately involved in every aspect of the product
design, development, sales and after sales support cycle for the full
range of technology products and services throughout his career. He has
in-depth experience and understanding of a number of major industries
including Financial Services, Public Sector Institutions, and Large
Corporations and a track record for successfully generating revenue
through every major channel of distribution: Direct Sales, Retail,
E-commerce, OEM and Distribution Networks. Mr. Ritsos has an MBA from
Roosevelt University in Chicago as well as working towards a JD at DePaul
University Law School.

Keith Tarter

Keith Tarter is a Texas native who attended The University of Oklahoma
where he received his degree in business and computer sciences 1981. Mr.
Tarter for the past 23 years has been engaged in the software technology
industry working with small cap niche organizations delivering software
technology and services to Fortune 2000 companies. He has held titles of
VP of Sales, VP Business Development, VP Partner Alliances, and Director
of Major Accounts Manager. Mr. Tarter's focus has primarily been on sales
production with responsibilities for product development, market research
and new business.

Mark Samardich

Mr. Samardich has over 20 years experience in technology beginning with
Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS) as a programmer analysis. At EDS he
worked on developing a compiler and implementing the first real-time
claims processing systems for the healthcare industry. This was rolled out
to Blue Cross Blue Shield. Possessing a strong technical background, Mr.
Samardich moved directly into Sales and Systems Management, as Vice
President of Sales for several small start-up companies. He was able to
build technology companies from concept to well over $10 million in
revenue in less than three years. Mr. Samardich was cofounder and
President of Smarter Software, Inc. He negotiated the sale of a
one-year-old company for approximately $1 million in stock and other
compensation. As part of the acquisition, Mr. Samardich was retained as
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Qualitative Marketing Software,
Inc. (QMSoft). In three years under his direct guidance, QMSoft grew from
$1 million in combined sales to over $14 million in annual revenues. He
brought instant market credibility and provided entrance to many
multi-million-dollar contracts. He led QMSoft's direction into the
Internet market. QMSoft was acquired in December 1999, for $70 million in
stock. Mr. Samardich is cofounder and President of Promerita, Inc. Mr.
Samardich received his BS degree in Accounting from the University of
Arizona.
